On June 01, 2021, the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On Education in the Russian Federation "came into force

On June 1, 2021, the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law“ On Education in the Russian Federation ”dated March 31, 2021 (the so-called Law on Educational Activities) entered into force. The document introduces a definition of the concept of "educational activity", the Government of the Russian Federation is empowered to determine the order and form of educational activity. The Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Education will issue conclusions on the advisability of cooperation between educational institutions and international organizations.
